Meet Dr. Hope Ihm

Dr. Hope (Hyeran) Ihm is a Chief Operating Officer at the Institute of Brain Education. With a background in chemistry, semiconductors, nanoscience, and catalyst research, she brings a unique blend of scientific expertise and extensive experience in Brain Education and mindfulness. As an educator, manager, scientist, and leader, Dr. Hope has been teaching yoga, tai-chi, meditation, and brain education for over 20 years, including at Body & Brain yoga tai chi and the Wongu University of Oriental Medicine. Her knowledge spans both the educational and scientific arenas, making her a valuable asset in corporate and educational operations. Dr. Hope has conducted workshops, community outreach events, and educational programs for various organizations, including Valley Health System, Educational Leaders of Color, and Cisco employee conferences, among others. She has also served on the faculty at Wongu University of Oriental Medicine, providing Tai Chi and Qigong training to students and the public while supporting medical outreach efforts in Cambodia through Qigong videos.
